To restore sanity in Harare’s central business district, CoH will launch “Operation Restore Order” on 21 February, 2018. No “combis” will be allowed to enter the CBD, and will have to offload passengers on the periphery. The Operation will continue until order is restored in the CBD. The new ranks include:
1) Corner Seke Road and Dieppe Road (Coca Cola corner)
2) Coventry Road and Rotten Row Rank
Motorists, passengers and pedestrians have all been negatively affected by the undisciplined, selfish behaviour of Combi drivers in cities across the country. RUA trusts that Combi operators will cooperate, for the wellbeing of their fee-paying passengers.
