- Identify a pothole to be repaired.
- Put up signs and barricades to protect yourself and road users.
- Shape and clean the pothole.
- Remove all loose gravel and compact the base.
- Sprinkle water to create dampness.
- Apply Stable 60 (Slow set Bitumen Emulsion) and wait for it to change colour.
- Apply and shape the asphalt into a square / rectangle / triangle.
- Compact with a rammer or compactor.
- Apply Quarry Dust.
- Remove signs.
